Following the continued detention of Chief Dr. ifeanyi Ubah by the DSS against the court ruling which directed that he should be released till he is found guilty as accused, The principal team of NATIONAL YOUTH ORATORY BATTLE- Ekene Ezeumeanya (Dimmy Prosper), Chiagozie Ezeumeanya, and Elochukwu Ezeumeanya -triplet, has condemned in totality the attitude of the investigative security agents.
The triplet described the incidence as violation of Ubah’s fundamental human right.which This they said have continued as a daily act by the DSS since the reign of President Muhammadu Buhari.
According to them, the arrest might also have some political under tune geared towards denting the image of Ifeanyi Ubah whom some suggest may be a possible Governorship Aspirant come November 2017.In their words “if Anambrarians meant well for their son who is alleged to have faulted his deal with NNPC, why will only one party concerned with the agreement be arrested and publicly tried and disgraced in the media without fair hearing?
yet no prominent Anambrarian has spoken regarding the issue this suggests that a pull down master plan is underway.
The triplet called on spirited individuals irrespective of the state of origin who support justice, fairness and equity to join in this clarion call to DSS and NNPC to with immediate effect release Dr ifeanyi Ubah or face a mass protest from the platform.
