The second stanza of the 2016/2017 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) resumed at the weekend, with former champions Enyimba, Lobi Stars and FC IfeanyiUbah among the clubs that won away from home yesterday. In Akure, Kingsley Eduwo scored the only goal of the match as Lobi Stars defeated Sunshine Stars to claim all three maximum points at stake, while visiting FC IfeanyiUbah thrashed host Shooting Stars 3-0 at the Lekan Salami Stadium in Ibadan.
